This poster was designed to raise awareness about the homelessness crisis in Denver. I began by printing a portrait of an AI-generated individual and carefully cutting the image into thin strips. I then reconstructed the shredded pieces, symbolically reassembling the person to represent empathy, hope, and support—suggesting that through compassion, individuals can experience renewal and growth.
After completing the physical composition, I scanned the piece into Photoshop, where I adjusted the brightness and contrast and applied a darker saturation filter to create a deeper, more unified final image.
Staged environment to show poster portrayed in an urban setting. The photo invites viewers to ponder the notion that homelessness can truly happen from anywhere, even if its places where others want to be found or stay hidden from the public eye.
Another staged scene to highlight the social disparity that anyone can be live anywhere, from the streets and urban neighborhoods.. But, it takes effort and empathy to understand that the homelessness crisis is active and affecting millions of peoples' live locally and nationally.
